The lady who sat with me after my appointment and made the direct debit system very clear to understand was brilliant. Unfortunately I got there at 9:45 (15 mins before my appointment) wasn't then seen until 10:10 (ten mins after my appointment time) and then there seemed to be a lot of back and forth, passing me between a lot of people. I didn't leave until 11:45 so had been there for 2 hours. I understand that it's a Saturday however I didn't expect to be there for 2 hours so if there's anyway the system can be streamlined and improved that would be great.

They were fantastic! Very accommodating and very professional. I was introduced to every member of staff and welcomed warmly. I have already recommended them to everyone I know! Everything was throughly explained in a jargon free way as they were taking observations. All equipment was cleaned throughly and my comfort was always taken into account. I will defiantly be going back in the future. The only thing I would suggest is that they pass on their work ethics to other companies

Very good service, everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Shaun who helped me choose my glasses after as it was my first time ever needing them so I was abit confused and overwhelmed by which to choose he made it so much simpler and was externally helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant experience. Introduced to the optometrist Darragh Walsh who was brilliant and took time to explain what he was doing and also shared the results of the photos with me and talked through what they meant. Afterwards Aimee Mosley helped me to pick some appropriate glasses for my needs, very helpful and not rushed, took time to explain all of the options available. Really good experience, not rushed at all unlike other places I have been and everything was explained in detail to me so I understood everything.
